We are ecstatic! We received 3 txts from USCIS stating:

USCIS: Your application was received: Receipt # MSCNNNNNNNNNN. Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail.

We received 2 more of the same txts except with different Receipt #'s. I know there is nothing to worry about but we are curious as to why we were sent three different receipt #'s.

Thanks again!

Did you file for EAD and AP as well? Including AOS, that would be three separate case numbers.

We filed for my husband and son (K1/K2)'s AOS and for my husband's EAD. We did not file for AP since we there are no plans of traveling out of the country till December of this year.

That makes sense, 3txts with 3 diff receipt #'s - 1 for husband's AOS, 1 for son's AOS and another number for my husband's EAD.

Thanks Coconuts!!
