Hello everyone and thanks again VJ for your support. We have received an email from NVC that they already sent our package to US Embassy Manila and it was sent on January 29, 2012 and we're still waiting for US Manila to receive our K-1 Petition. My question is? Does my Fiancee back in the Philippines needs to wait for a letter coming from NVC like some sort of instructions in order to begin with her Medical processing and Interview??? I printed out an email from NVC with her MNL#? Would this be enough evidence to show for her medical appointment???? Or does she need to present some kind of instructions or confirmation coming from NVC??? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again VJ and god bless you all....

You do not need to wait for any letter form NVC to be sent to your fiancee. As long as you have the MNL# and your petition is sent to USEM. Your fiancee can do her medical, pay visa application fee, set appointment, CFO seminar. You need to start prepare documents required for her visa application.

St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLEC)

Required Documents:

http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs

Pre-register online and have her print out this letter. This is the appointment letter she needs to present at SLEC.

http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

SLEC is a walk-in. No appointment is needed. The medical exam is a 2 - 3 day process.

Medical fees are: 15 years and older USD 213.35 / PHP 9,387.50. This is paid at SLEC in Philippines pesos.

ST. LUKE'S MEDICAL CENTER EXTENSION CLINIC

1177 J. Bocobo St. Ermita, Manila 1000 PHILIPPINES

If your fiancé passes her Medical They will give her a date to come back to SLEC and get her results and medical will CD of chest X-ray

For sure you don't need to wait for a letter to get everything going. The MNL # is what you need to start the process.
