I am getting married so that I can file a petition (F2A) for him.

I want to ask if I'm going to marry him, my surname will be changed. should I updated my passport and visa using his surname before going back to US? or do it whenever I get back to US? I am afraid the immigration officers won't allow me to enter the US because my surname has change. thank you so much for your help.

My wife still uses her maiden name,

and we already had our petition (F2A) approved,

she told me that she'll just adjust her name

when we get there, and when she renews her passport and other documents...

one more question.. how about filing a Form I-130? There is a section information about me. Say, I didn't change my last name. What will I put in "Other Names Used (including maiden name)"? Should I put 'none'? since I'm still using my maiden name.? thanks
