Hello fellow VJers!

I once again turn to you guys for some guidance...As I mentioned we are married and sending out the AOS paperwork to Chicago tomorrow.

Based on the list of documents here on VJ (http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos) I was able to put it all together but now I'm thinking about sending a few things from my past when I was in the U.S. for undergrad and then worked here for about 4 years on H1-B visa before moving back to Canada.

Should I send out those old U.S. Student Visa and then the work Visa approvals and related documents. I stumbled upon them this evening while locating a few other things, I seem to have every single F1 and H1 visa's related documents/approvals. So having said that, should I go ahead and send those in or do you guys think it won't be necessary?

Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated!

You are agjusting from a K-1 Visa. Do not cloud the issue by sending in old visa information. Only send in information related to the K-1--i.e. marriage certificate, I-94, K-1 visa, and any information about co-mingling of assets (a few photos if you have them, but they never looked at ours). Put all that old visa stuff in a scrap book for sentamental memories.

Keep it simple and do not confuse the IO with other non-related items.

Good luck,

Dave

Agree with the above. Your old visas are totally irrelevant and could just confuse them.
