Sorry it has taken my so long to reply  . Please, I posted a question one time and it took a couple of days before anybody answered. It has been less than 2 hours. Relax. You have a long wait for the N-400 ahead of you and no response in less than two hours sets you off?! Relax.

First. Make very certain that your application arrives after the 5 year as a LPR period minus the 90 days. I would mail it on that date myself. Since you are applying based on the 5 year rule, you just need the copy of the GC, document all trips outside the US of more than a day. If your handwriting is clear and legible and in BLACK ink per the instructions then that is okay. . As long as you meet the LPR requirement (you do), and the continued presence requirement, and you explain the previous marriage and why it ended and include the divorce documents, I think you are good to go.

Goo luck and congrats to making it to this stage,

Dave
