YEAHHHHHHH!!!congrats Nina!!!

Du arme musstest ja jetzt auch genug durchmachen, hast es dir wirklich verdient!! So jetzt nicht mehr lange und du siehst deinen Schatzi wieder. Geniesse aber bloss noch die Zeit in Deutschland, denn ich habe den Fehler gemacht und jeden Tag nur gehofft endlich zu meinem SChatzi zu fliegen das ich nicht genug Zeit mit Friends & Family verbracht habe, was mich jetzt manchmal wirklich aergert...

Maedels wie schaute es denn eigentlich mal mit unserem Treffen aus? Wollen wir mal schauen ob wir es mal hinbekommen??Oder zumindest mit den East-Coast Maedels?? Wuerde euch alle so super gerne mal persoenlich kennenlernen...was haltet ihr davon? Muessten halt mal schauen wo es am besten waere sich zu treffen. Ich bin jetzt ziemlich flexibel, da ich ja am Flughafen arbeite und kostenlos fliegen kann.

@Miss USA: wie jetzt, ganz umsonst fliegen? oooch den Job moecht ich auch haben! das mit dem Treffen finde ich gut, muessten wir nur mal feststellen wo die meisten eastcoast Leute loka.lisiert sind. ich bin in NYC wohl an der eher noerdlicheren Ecke...

Sagt mal Mädels, ihr scheint ja auch alle (zumindest einige von euch) echt schokoabhängig zu sein. ich mag ja auch voll gerne Toffifee. Und hier gibts ja ne amerikanische version (toffeefee), hat die schon mal jemand probiert? Schmecken die hier genauso?

Es ist wirklich wichtig für mich das zu wissen (fast lebensnotwendig), ich leide unter Entzugserscheinungen! :)

@nina herzlichen Glueckwunsch!!!!! Ich freu mich, dass es doch nu alles noch geklappt hat :)

@nina JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA das mit dem treffen muessen wir auf jeden fall machen :) Ich bin wohl eher am noerdlichsten. Ich wohn in MA. Also ich faend ein treffen echt klasse!

@steffi also ich kauf hier immer mal toffifee und ich finde die schmecken genauso wie in deutschland. Das karamel is vielleicht ein klein wenig haerter aber ansonsten ganz gut! :) fuer die entzugserscheinungen reichts :) bei uns heissen die hier toffifey glaub ich.

Bei uns gehts grad drunter und drueber. Wir sind naemlich auf haussuche und das is echt anstrengend. Diese ganzen mortgagesachen rauben mir echt noch den letzten nerv. Und ich hab ja auch ehrlich gesagt nichtwirklich ahnung was man bei so ner hausbesichtigung so alles beachten muss. Naja wir werden morgen ein paar haueser ankucken gehen :)

Muss jetzt erstmal unseren realtor anrufen!

12/26/09 - went to Boston for Biometrics Appointment - THEY WERE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!

01/13/09 - Biometrics Appointment in Boston

01/13/09 - several phonecalls to uscis to find out where my extension letter is - will send out extension letter which will take up to 3 weeks

01/21/09 - phonecall to uscis about the extension letter. They are still working on the service request! told me to go to an infopass

appointment

01/22/09 - went to SS office to get a new SS-card. They won't issue a new one because me GC expires in 2 weeks.

01/22/09 - talked to the Office of my congressman. They will look into the issue and call me back - hopefully!!!!

01/26/09 - talked to the Office of the congressman. She read an email to me from USCIS stating that they sent out the letter on Friday!

They said I should have it in 7 days! So now we wait.....again!

01/29/09 - extension letter received!

05/15/09 - Removal of conditions approved :) ..waiting for actual card now :)

06/01/09 - Card in the mail!

@Meike:Wir haben einen Welsh Corgi. Was fuer einen Welpen habt ihr?

@Nina:Finde die Idee mit einen Treffen super, wohne aber leider an der Westkueste.

@Susanne:Viel Glueck bei der Haeusersuche.

Werde dann naechstes mal gleich bei Walmart schauen, ob sie Nutella aus Canada haben. Ich bin total schokosuechtig. Brauche nach dem Abendbrot immer was suesses. Vermisse Rittersport und Duplo. Habe Rittersport schon in Laeden gesehen war aber richtig teuer. Habe toffeefee noch nicht probiert. Bin momentan auf M&Ms. Die schmecken ueberall gleich gut.
