ne wir finden eben nix was uns wirklich zuspricht. mein mann arbeitet in elizabeth und er will net wirklich jeden morgen mehr als 35 minuten zur arbeit fahren muessen... wir haben die moeglichkeit in eine gated community zu ziehen in der wir fuer ein 1 bedroom apartment das wirklich winzig ist $1480 zahlen muessen und $25 pet rent

Wir haben unseren Hund damals einfach gekauft, nachdem wir eingezogen waren. Century 21 weiss nichts davon aber der Hausbesitzer weiss Bescheid, den haben wir angerufen. Ich hoffe, dass wir deswegen nicht noch Probleme bekommen.

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019

@sabrina ahhh, na das macht die suche natuerlich bei weitem schwieriger :)

Habt ihr mal bei townhouses gekuckt?? Die sind manchmal aehnlich im Preis und in der regel zweistoeckig.

ICh komm grad vom briefkasten und wwoooohaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..........meine greencard hat mich angelacht :)

Hehe nu is hoffentlich erstmal schluss mit dem mist fuer die naechsten zwei jahre. :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::yes::yes::yes:

11/19/08 - documents received by USCIS

11/25/08 - check cashed

12/10/08 - Biometrics letter

12/19/08 - second Biometrics letter

12/26/09 - went to Boston for Biometrics Appointment - THEY WERE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!

01/13/09 - Biometrics Appointment in Boston

01/13/09 - several phonecalls to uscis to find out where my extension letter is - will send out extension letter which will take up to 3 weeks

01/21/09 - phonecall to uscis about the extension letter. They are still working on the service request! told me to go to an infopass

appointment

01/22/09 - went to SS office to get a new SS-card. They won't issue a new one because me GC expires in 2 weeks.

01/22/09 - talked to the Office of my congressman. They will look into the issue and call me back - hopefully!!!!

01/26/09 - talked to the Office of the congressman. She read an email to me from USCIS stating that they sent out the letter on Friday!

They said I should have it in 7 days! So now we wait.....again!

01/29/09 - extension letter received!

05/15/09 - Removal of conditions approved :) ..waiting for actual card now :)

06/01/09 - Card in the mail!

Ja also ich denke wir bleiben erstmal noch ne weile hier. Wenn ich nen ordentlichen job finde. Aber ichdenke schon. Muss nur ein bisschen mehr geduld haben :)

Die muehlen hier mahlen eben genauso langsam wie in deutschland :)

Nee, ich glaube hier hat noch niemand conditions removed. Anne muesste aber jetzt bald alles einschicken oder? Sie meinte ja, dass ihre GC ablaeuft.

Susanne: Alles in allem war dein AOS sogar schneller als meins nur meins war smoother bzw. es hat sich laenger nichts getan..

bei mir hat sich noch nix getan, seit die mein RFE erhalten haben. aber es war ja wochenende zwischendurch.

Ich drueck dir ganz feste die daumen, dass die auch endlich mal was bei dir tun!!!!

Aber ich denke in so 2 wochen sollte das erledigt sein. Ihr habt nur ein paar wochen nach uns gefiled. Wenn also alles ok ist, solltest du deine greencard in den naechsten wochen auch begutachten koennen.

sagt mal is bei euch dir rueckseite auch upside down?

und wieso is eigentlich auf der greencard keine unterschrift und auf der EAD is eine? ( ich meine meine eigene unterschrift :) )

Ich habe schon wieder ein Frage. Ich weiss das sie schonmal gestellt worden ist, finde es aber leider nicht mehr. Ich habe die 85 € über Roskos & Meier bezahlt und wollte fragen, ob es langt wenn ich den ausgedruckten Einzahlungsnachweis, der mir per E-mail geschickt wurde mitnehme oder brauche ich noch mehr? :help: Danke

Ich glaube dieser Einzahlungsbeleg reicht. Wenn du aber magst, kannst du ja noch nen Kontoauszug oder so mitnehmen. Der STempel faellt ja glaube flach wenn man ueber R&M einzahlt.

Thea...will auch schneeee. Unsere Heizung lief den ganzen Tag nicht weil heute ists schoen warm (naja, 60 Grad F.)

Susanne: Ich hab auch keine Unterschrift auf meiner GC (EAD hatte ich ja nie). Lass mich mal nach der Rueckseite schauen....jap, auch upside down. Keine Ahnung warum, wird aber seine Richtigkeit haben.
