gescannt werden alle finger und die kucken vorher auch ob die in ordnung sind. Vielleicht solltest du deinen termin einfach reschedulen oder eben auf gut glueck hingehen. die werden dir sicher sagen dann wenn der riss zu gross ist.

01/13/09 - several phonecalls to uscis to find out where my extension letter is - will send out extension letter which will take up to 3 weeks

01/21/09 - phonecall to uscis about the extension letter. They are still working on the service request! told me to go to an infopass

appointment

01/22/09 - went to SS office to get a new SS-card. They won't issue a new one because me GC expires in 2 weeks.

01/22/09 - talked to the Office of my congressman. They will look into the issue and call me back - hopefully!!!!

01/26/09 - talked to the Office of the congressman. She read an email to me from USCIS stating that they sent out the letter on Friday!

They said I should have it in 7 days! So now we wait.....again!

01/29/09 - extension letter received!

05/15/09 - Removal of conditions approved :) ..waiting for actual card now :)

06/01/09 - Card in the mail!

bei mir haben se alle finger gescannt. hmm scheint also unterschiedlich zu sein.

Beim K1 INterview wurden bei mir auch nur die Zeigefinger gescannt. Nach dem AOS Interview wurden dann alle gescannt udn mein linker kleiner Finger hat immer "POSSIBLE MATCH" geschriehen, hehe.

@Sabrina: Fuellt den Affidavit nochmal aus und schickt ganz einfach ein erklaerendes SChreiben hin, dass es ein mistake war und ihr keinen Joint Sponsor benoetigt (ist ja nicht der Fall, oder?) sondern ihr lediglich das falsche Kaestchen angekreuzt habt. Ich wuerde keine Extra-Taxunterlagen mitschicken, da dies nicht verlangt wird und normalerweise bis zum Stichtag (17. April) auch nicht zwingend eingereicht werden muessen. ICh denke, das wuerde die Jungs und Maedels dort nur verwirren, wenn ihr das schickt und sie doch gar nicht danach gefragt haben.

EDIT: Ich koennt mich ja immer ueber die Kommentare in dem Babyticker unten kaputtlachen. Ich bin nicht wirklich bigger than a house und mit hemmies hab ich auch kein Problem aber der Rest stimmt, haha TMI. Hab nachher nen Termin bei der Hebamme, mal sehen was die sagt. Baby ist heute komplett full-term und meine Plazenta faengt an zu altern, buhaaaa.

tut mir leid, dass ihr wegen dem falschen kreutzchen ein RFE bekommen habt. ich wuerde es auch einfach nochmal ausfuellen und mit nem erklaerungsschreiben zurueckschicken.

ich wuerde einfach zu dem interview hingehen und abwarten, ob die was an deinem finger auszusetzten haben.

wir haben ja nun am montag das RFE zurueck geschickt (zum CSC) und seit dem ist noch nicht passiert. wie habt ihr denn rausgefunden, dass die das RFE auch wirklich bekommen haben? hat das bei euch gleich im online status gestanden? haben die euch geemailed, oder habt ihr nur die postsendung getrackt (delivery confirmation etc.).

wir waren gestern aus und ich habe nur zwei drinks getrunken, aber auf leeren magen, und zuhause wurde mir sooo schlecht, habt ihr schon mal durch die nase gek... , naja jedenfalls gehts mir heute nicht so toll. :)

@tachy erstmal gute besserung ;)

Also wir haben unsere sachen per overnight geschickt und konnten es somit tracken. Wir haben aber auch einen tag nachdem sie es bekommen haben ne email bekommen und unser onlinestatus hatte sich veraendert. Da stand halt das sie es bekommen haben und es nun nochmal durchgesehen wird usw.

Habt ihr eures per normalpost geschickt?? Wenn ja, kann das ne weile dauern. Manchmal dauern briefe hier fast ne woche um anzukommen. Wo wohnst du gleich nochmal?

Du kannst sonst auch mal beim uscis anrufen und fragen ob es angekommen ist.

@beachmouse hab nochmal nachgedacht und bei mir is beim K1 interview auch nur der zeigefinger gescannt worden. Hatte das irgendwie grad voll durcheinandergebracht und gedacht dass du das biometricsappointment meist was du beim aos hast.

Also keine sorge....geh zum interview und du wirst da auch keine probleme haben! Die interviews sind wirklich echt easy und der stress faengt erst bei aos an........das hat uns sogar der oficer gesagt, bei dem wir zum K1 interview waren. Er meinte auch, dass die beim K1 nicht so streng sind, weil wir ja alle eh noch durchs AOS muessen und dort alles viel strenger ist.

ja wir haben das mit der normalpost geschickt, aber priority mail mit delivery confirmation und return receipt request. schatzi hat irgendwie den zettel von der post versimpelt und muss nun suchen, damit wir das mal tracken koennen oder so.

ich bekoomme nie emails von CIS, das RFE wurde auch nicht per email angekuendigt. das ist irgendwie komisch, darum schaue ich jetzt immer im online status nach, denn die schicken mir garantiert keine email, wenn die das RFE bekommen haben.

bist du dir sicher dass du dich dort angemeldet hast und email auch "on" hast?? Ich hab das naemlich mal vergessen und ausversehen auf "off" gestellt :)

wir wohnen in der nahe von boston also auch direkt am anderen ende der usa und bei uns dauert es immer ne woche, wen wir was an die westkueste schicken bzw geschickt bekommen

dort kannst du auch sehen inwieweit dein case getouched wird. es wird dann eben immer geupdated wenn sie wasgemacht haben.

Sehr praktisch :) so hab ich auch erfahren das meinegreencard durch ist und die nen welcome to america letter losgeschickt haben.
