Feb. 11, 2012 - Sent ROC application

Feb. 13, 2012 - NOA 1 date

Feb. 18, 2012 - Received NOA 1

July 18, 2012 - ROC APPROVED!

As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

I received my NOA in the mail today (dated February 15th). Can someone please add that info to the timeline? I'd do it myself but I always seem to mess the formatting up. Thanks!

I'm confused about part of the letter that talks about how conditional resident applicants won't receive an appointment for biometrics. It says "to complete biometrics processing, these applicants must submit the required items listed on the I-751 form instructions". What are they talking about here? I thought that I was a "conditional resident applicant", but I assume they're talking about some other category of immigrant.

Am I correct?

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS

AUGUST 10 2004 - Arrived in Austin, TX with F-1 student visa status.

EARLY JAN/FEB 2008 - Met Michael (my future husband) in the café where he works.

APRIL 12 2008 - We go on our first date. It lasted 2 days!

APRIL 13 2009 - Got married in Marfa, TX, in the middle of the West Texan desert.

NOVEMBER 4 2009 - Finally saved up enough money to send off I-130; I-485; I-131; I-765.

NOVEMBER 5 2009 - Package arrived at the Chicago Lockbox at 9:32 a.m! Signed for by A. Analakis. [DAY 1]

NOVEMBER 12 2009 - Cheques for I-485 and I-130 are finally cashed! [DAY 8]

NOVEMBER 12 2009 - I-485, I-130, I-1765 & I-131 are all "touched"! [DAY 8]

NOVEMBER 13 2009 - Received NOA's for I-485, I-130, I-765 & I-131 (Notice date - November 10th 2009).[DAY 9]

NOVEMBER 16 2009 - All forms were "touched" again. [DAY 12]

NOVEMBER 23 2009 - Received biometrics appointment letter (scheduled for December 14th 2009) [DAY 19]

DECEMBER 28 2009 - Received AP approval letter, dated December 23. Received a text & email, too [DAY 54]

DECEMBER 29 2009 - Received email & text, saying EAD is approved; card production ordered. [DAY 55]

DECEMBER 31 2009 - Received AP document. [DAY 57]

JANUARY 2 2010 - Received EAD & interview letter (interview will be 02/16/10, San Antonio). [DAY 59]

FEBRUARY 16 2010 - Approved at interview! I-551 stamp in passport. [DAY 104]

I got my NOA 1 today in maiL, dated 16th feb. Now waiting for biometrics appointment.

I actually am going to a stay in a different city than my home city(which is 10 hrs drive), for next 2 months. So is there any way i can get my biometrics apptment there, instead of my home city? A little confused.

I also fixed the format on this thing since the html got pretty messy. It's back to it's original html, so hopefully it won't be so hard for people to update if they want. :)

As for us, we're still waiting on biometrics, but it seems like Portland is kind of slow when it comes to that. The ASC here just moved in January, so maybe they have a bit of a backlog. Plus, it's only been a couple weeks, so I guess it's not unusual - it just seems like everyone else has gotten theirs already.

I got my NOA 1 today in maiL, dated 16th feb. Now waiting for biometrics appointment.

I actually am going to a stay in a different city than my home city(which is 10 hrs drive), for next 2 months. So is there any way i can get my biometrics apptment there, instead of my home city? A little confused.

Any Anwers?

Is it possible for me to go to the biometrics center nearest to me in my new city?

I remember 1 member did walk-in in another city while business trip successfully. At least you can try ;)
