I-751 February 2012 Filers

Hi guys, I just received a case updating email from USCIS saying my card has been ordered on Nov. 15.

I have a question though, right now I'm still in China and will come back on Nov. 23. That means I won't get my GC until then. I'm planning to enter the states using my NOA1 letter( the extending letter). Will that work?

Yes, it will work.

It happened to me too, I was out of the country when I received my 10yrs GC (like 3 weeks before I return to states), and entered the states using the letter with no problem at all.

I posted here few posts regarding RFE I received, so I want to update my status (im april filer to CSC). USCIS received my response to RFE I751 on 11/08/2012. And today 11/19/12 I got a text message notification. I went on USCIS website to check, and it says on November 19 2912, they ordered production of my new card...good luck to February filers who are still waiting. USCIS is moving, have some faiths in them.

That's awesome! I hope I will hear something soon to our RFE. I know only working a partial week this week will slow things down. :unsure:

And_Sam: CSC made the decision on November 16th in my case (only 5 working days). I hope you will get approved sometimes next week from VSC.

Approved! Took them about 3 weeks after receiving my RFE response. Wahoo! See you guys in 10 years. (or sooner if we apply for citizenship!)
