As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

I was checking this topic quiet often, I didnt get txt msg or email but its changed on website when i punch my receipt number, it said on September 5, they send my card to production, I have called them last week to open a request, today was 9th business day since than. Thanks for everyone, they have checked that im not russian spy and ive been approved.

Here exactly what it said : On September 5, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Good luck for everyone! No RFE, no interview but i was waiting 7 month

This is for the VSC applicants... And let's recap a little...

Has any of the VSC contacted the office requesting updates, information, status, etc, etc? If you have, has anything different posted in your uscis account? Of course, their website informs to be working on August 2011 and VJ posting doesn't show anyone of us [VSC] to be approved/updated status.

I have not made one call as I feel it will not make a difference, but wondering if someone else had done something..

This is for the VSC applicants... And let's recap a little...

Has any of the VSC contacted the office requesting updates, information, status, etc, etc? If you have, has anything different posted in your uscis account? Of course, their website informs to be working on August 2011 and VJ posting doesn't show anyone of us [VSC] to be approved/updated status.

I have not made one call as I feel it will not make a difference, but wondering if someone else had done something..

Well... Since USCIS website shows VSC I-751 Processing Timeframs as "Oct 24 2011", Sorry but I'm pretty sure they gonna tell you "You are in normal processing timeframe and I can't do anything for you at this point" ...

And FYI, December VSC approval rate is still 16% here in ROC forum and some of November VSC filers still got RFEs like 2 weeks ago (they don't update RFE on case status)... :whistle:

I was checking this topic quiet often, I didnt get txt msg or email but its changed on website when i punch my receipt number, it said on September 5, they send my card to production, I have called them last week to open a request, today was 9th business day since than. Thanks for everyone, they have checked that im not russian spy and ive been approved.

Here exactly what it said : On September 5, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Good luck for everyone! No RFE, no interview but i was waiting 7 month

Card showed up in the mail today :dance: I'm so happy they approved it, my husband's wallet got stolen last weekend and we had to cancel all of our bank accounts, so it would have been pretty bad timing for an RFE or interview.

10/07/2007 Entered the US on J-1 visa

11/03/2008 Changed status to F-1

02/14/2010 Married

03/15/2010 Filed AOS (from F-1)

05/27/2010 AOS approved, GC Issued

02/28/2012 Mailed I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

03/01/2012 I-751 received by CSC/NOA Issued

03/15/2012 Biometrics letter sent
