As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

Ok, for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says October 24, 2011.

Even though the I-751 filers from November are getting their cards already. It should be like 3 or 4 more months if we don't get an RFE.

Keep up the good work VSC...

02/22/12 - Received by VSC

02/24/12 - Received NOA

I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but I called USCIS yesterday for an information request since we hadn't heard anything since our Biometrics appointment in March. They put in the request and said we would hear something within 15 days. Today, in our email, we received the email that my wife's card has been ordered! Yeah!!! So if it has been more than 6 months for your CSC application, give them a call to find out the status. That may get yours moved out from under the pile like ours. smile.gifbiggrin.gif

I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but I called USCIS yesterday for an information request since we hadn't heard anything since our Biometrics appointment in March. They put in the request and said we would hear something within 15 days. Today, in our email, we received the email that my wife's card has been ordered! Yeah!!! So if it has been more than 6 months for your CSC application, give them a call to find out the status. That may get yours moved out from under the pile like ours. smile.gifbiggrin.gif

Congrats Tokufu! Can you please share with us the # you called for the CSC, as well as which extensions you entered while on the phone, and to whom you spoke with? I'm planning on doing exactly what you did next month (if I still haven't heard anything). I think this information would be very useful to all of us newbies. Thanks!

Hi Anjinsan,

I'm not sure if this is the easiest way to get to a person, but this is how I did it...

After three attempts at putting in my receipt number (I entered it correctly but it was never recognized saying I didn't have enough digits -- may have been a problem with the system) I gave up and called back. using the following menu options:

Option 1 (English)

Option 2 (This application was not filed online)

Option 1 (Case status or problem)

Option 2 (Don't have receipt) because the system wouldn't take it, as explained above

Option 2 (Lost receipt number) because the system wouldn't take it

This connected me to a live person, and of course I had the biometrics i-797 ready to give the operator. After nice USCIS employee answered and identified us, I just explained that we hadn't heard anything since the biometrics appointment in March. She checked some things (i think to make sure it had been at least 6 months since our filing) and said she would put in a request for a case update, and that we would hear something from USCIS within 15 days. Then, yesterday, we received the email saying that the card had been ordered for production. Sorry I don't remember which agent we talked with. My timing was a little off when I reported it earlier. (We're busy looking for a house so the days all seem to run together...) I looked at my phone and realized I called on the evening of August 20th at 5:45pm CDT. We received the email on August 23 at 1:00pm CDT.

Hopefully this will help someone.

I filed my I 751 on the 02/16/2012 . Put in a service request by calling the custormer service number on 08/22/2912 and today I received a text/email card production ordered. Whoohoooooo

"Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke."

What its mean? Does anybody get this same e-mail after called USICS? or just me...

Finally got the green card in the mail!!!One anomaly we are now dealing with and it's now being escalated to tier2 agents...is that when we made our request for more information, somehow, we got sent another biometrics appointment for September 12, 2012. Now we need to see if we still need to go or if we can have it cancelled. The only issue is that the office is 3 hours away...I guess nothing is perfectly smooth.
