I have also received my 10 GC in the mail today. I am not planning to apply citizenship since Japan doesn't allow you dual citiezenship...

I hope all Feb. Filers will receive approval soon. I know wiaing is pain but please be patient especially Vermont people.....

Shiney new 10yr Green Card arrived in the post today

last time i checked the UK didn't support dual citizenship. Not sure if i'm ready to renounce queen & country.

OK i just get REF yesterday and the deadline is October 8Th or they will cancel my case

i sent everything except the bank loan because i don't need loan :)but they sent me REF

and i will send any other proof ( what that proof i don't know but i will send anything before deadline )

but 1- what next if they didn't accept that proof too ?

2- what if i file now i-130 because my mother and my sister has US citizen and they can file i-130 for me

is that work or i have to wait ??

i don't need to lost mt job for that

yes i think it's standard letter , but the problem i don't have any other proof i sent them everything except loan bank , i will ask them to make an interview or i will file i-130 and my last choice take my wife and back to my country after 5 years together they need proof

well but what does the first sentence say?

the "dear mister ..." part

Mine stated that I need to give them the birth certificates of my children and underneath was still the list of Bank statements and rental agreements. So that sentence might fix the whole issue.
