As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

not time to panic yet.....there's only been 3 out of over 50 that have received word.....honestly it was a shock when i got the notice, i wasn't expecting anything until august.

I was expecting August as well. It is very encouraging to see Ollie get approved because it meant the rest of us will see them coming through during the next few weeks.

Our VisaJourney started July 2009 when I mailed the 129-F

Fiance here February 2010, married 10 days later

GC received in the mail 10-Jun-2010

Able to apply to remove conditions 12-Feb-2012

BABY GIRL BORN JULY 2011!!!

OMG!!!! I just got a text to check status, and when I logged into my email it said card production ordered on 7/13!!!!

Congrats on the card production!!! Let's put a fire under the VSC can NOW!!!

I'm driving myself crazy by looking on the status for hubster's ROC. I could have sworn there was a "touch" the other day but then realize it was when they had printed his CR1 greencard!! Wahhhhh!!!!:blush:

we just got an RFE ... no online update ... I feel so kicked in the Gut right now...

We added pics of us, hubby, me and my 2 stepkids. We each wrote a letter explaining our "living conditions" how we have the custody for the stepkids but Im infertile ... we even sent a letter from our doctor ... now they want me to send in birth certificates for our kids :(

yes, at least we know that I do recieve their mail ;)

and thank you for updating it!

Im trying to figure out what I could send in to prove they live here? ... I called the doctors office again and they will print out the newest note of the infertility journey and will also add that they know I have 2 stepkids and that they have seen me with them plenty of times, which they did.

I never got a letter with our name on it from the school, it always says "the parents of..."

ah I love this journey! haha

Wow

I'm sorry that you got an RFE but I don't understand what having step kids have to do with your adjustment of status.

A mean I was under the impression that they want to check your ongoing relationship as husband and wife and showing kids will somehow enforce proof of this relationship.

Is weird and I don't see logic from this guys at all

I ASSUME they saw our vacation pictures of us as a family of four and didnt take the time to read the letters we wrote and just assumed they were "ours" which they are in a way ... Ill send in the updated doctors notes and another letter explaining they arent "mine"

Apparently I cannot edit my post... odd.

There's a second part to this update:

I received the above email while I was waiting in line at the Alberta, Canada/Montana Border (coming back into the US). This made things interesting, as USCIS had updated my expiry date before I hit the booth to talk to the agent. The border agent became very confused when I handed her the extension letter, as she could not figure out why I would have a 1-year extension for a green card that expires in 2022. After going back and forth for a minute, she finally realized that I had an expired card in hand, and that it had literally been approved a few minutes ago.

Talk about timing... :)
