Oh I remember you from AOS :D That sucks that you've still not heard anything back, I hope it doesnt take too long of you guys being in limbo (though 5 weeks would feels like eternity to me!)

Thanks. I remember you too. Yeah it does seem like forever. Funny how I was prepared to wait the 5-6 months, but after getting an interview I thought today we would have an answer fast.

As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

and i found the status 'Your Current Case Status for Form CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED'

so what this form cri89 ? i only filled form i-751

it's a mistake or they changed the form ?

It's correct. That is how they refer to the I-751.

I'm just wondering if anybody has seen any touches on their files at all. There haven't been any changes at all on our file so I was just curious.... July filers going through Vermont are almost all approved, so if this pace holds up, we have about seven months left before we start seeing anything happen for any of us... C'mon November!!!

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

My husband had his bio appt the same day as you, but CSC. No touches on ours yet either, I check a few times a week hoping for something soon :whistle:

It does look like CSC is moving much faster than VSC.... Ugh, should have moved out of state so we could file with the faster office...lol

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

Sending out a quick hello to everyone! I believe we were the last set of biometrics for February, and it went off without a hitch. We were actually the only people in the ACS office. It took us 8 minutes tops, and most of that time was filling out the top portion of paperwork you get when you enter the building. They were terrific as always but just wanted to report how it went for us. The Norfolk ACS said that they would accept walk-ins, if it wasn't busy... but mornings are the busiest for them. She said if at all possible they try not to turn people away. She said if everyone went by their time/date on their biometrics appt letter, it would always be this easy/quick. :)

Any bets for us VSCers? I'm thinking my husband's GC will arrive the same day we can file for his naturalization... 12/24/12. :)
