Ok, broke down and called USCIS on 3/22, exaclty 30 days from the date of the NOA. Gentleman on the phone was very nice and helpfull. Took down info and said would put in a service call to find out where the biometric letter was. WELL GUESS WHAT CAME TODAY!! LOL the biometric letter!!!!!

So now please upday our information for biometric appointment for April 04/18/12

Wow, it's always like that isn't it?!

When I finally call to the post office ready to be hard on them,she said:"oh it came an hour ago" ;)

As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

I just want to add my NOA date..forgot to add that up last time (my bad):) we received our NOA 02/08/12 and so with my 1 year green card extension ...i always update my timeline though....good luck to all of us Feb filers:)

Finally the Bio letter came yesterday, 3/30/2012, it was dated 3/28/2012, scheduled for 4/11/2012. Since the center is 5 minutes from where we live, we will try to do it as early as Monday. By the way the EAC number is different then the NOA1, and I was able to register and check the case status online using the EAC number from this Bio letter, but not the one from NOA1. I have updated the my status on the following list.

- Check in the amount of $590 for U.S. Department of Homeland Security

- Photocopy (Front and Back) of xxxx's Permanent Resident Card

- Photographs of xxxx and xxxxx

- Copy of Birth Certificate for Son, xxxx (Front and Back)

- Copy of 2009 federal tax form 1040 showing filing status as Married, Filing Jointly

- Copy of 2010 federal tax form 1040 showing filing status as Married Filing Jointly

- Copy of 2011 federal tax form 1040 showing filing status as Married Filing Jointly

I know that we all have a long wait in front of us, but I wish we would get our biometrics letter already. We are the last one (minus a divorce waiver) in the VSC group who has not gotten the letter. The Norfolk office must be really behind on things if we haven't gotten our letter yet. I think I counted that next Monday would be around 30 business days since the NOA1 date. It's even frustrating seeing so many March filers getting their letters and already having completed their Bio. UGH. Hope everyone else is doing well...

How about Affidavits from friends? Did you include those?

No, I didn't feel we had too because we have so much evidence of financial co-mingling, also we never used any affidavits in our previous CR-1 petition either.
