Hi there! I'm about to file but I need someone to review my evidence, can someone let me know if it's good?

- Completed JOINT I-751 Petition

- Check in the amount of $590 for U.S. Department of Homeland Security

- Photocopy (Front and Back) of xxxx's Permanent Resident Card

- Photographs of xxxx and xxxxx

- Copy of Birth Certificate for Son, xxxx (Front and Back)

- Copy of 2009 federal tax form 1040 showing filing status as Married, Filing Jointly

- Copy of 2010 federal tax form 1040 showing filing status as Married Filing Jointly

- Copy of 2011 federal tax form 1040 showing filing status as Married Filing Jointly

- Copy of First Joint Apartment Lease (First Page Only)

- Copy of Mortgage

- Copy of Joint Auto Insurance and Home Owners Insurance

- Copy of Bank of America bank statements for xxxxx and xxxxx showing a joint account (First Page Only)

- Photocopies of Texas driver licenses, showing a shared address

- Copy of USAA automobile insurance cards showing a joint automobile insurance policy

- Copy of Vehicle Registration, showing joint ownership

I actually sent in over 20, spanning the 2 years, plus from our trip to Europe. I've seen here somewhere someone sent in like 5, I guess its up to you.

First day I'm able to send this off is the 9th, working on getting the Packet together now so that hopefully it is ready right around that time.

My check was cashed this morning - at least they are quick about getting paid. Now, we'll just wait for the NOA-1 and biometrics. We're leaving town for a week in about a month, so I'm hoping my wife's biometrics won't be scheduled then. I guess we'll just try a walk-in if they are.
