They received our package on March 1 (mailed Feb 28). This is the date of my NOA as well but I did not receive the NOA in the mail until March 8. The check was not cashed until March 5. You could contact USPS or whoever you used for sending the package for more info and proof of when it was delivered.

Thanks for the info.

If they get it today I will assume they should cash the check around March 17th or 18th.If that happens,I will feel much better

As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

So I called again and USPS said it arrived at Laguna Niguel,CA post office today morning at 6am.They should deliver it to the USCIS today!!

UGH!What a stress - lesson for me - next time - sending everything over night or 1st class mail and with a signature receipt.

Now I can just hope they won't need to request any more information and that they will open it in next couple of days

Yay! Usually they recieve them the same day they get them, so you should get your NOA hopefully the end of this week or early next week :D

Same here, given that our NOA1 date is 2/24...

My bio notice came today, my appointment is 3/30/12.

No fair! :bonk:

Our NOA1 date is 4 days ahead of you but yet to receive the BIO appointment letter!

Hi all, Its been a long time since i visited VJ, we sent my hubbys ROC application in feb, they cashed the check as debit, i cannot see the real check from my bank account , also we have not recieved any recipet notice till now, is this something to be worried about? we r still waiting to get something in mail but we havenot,

we sent the application on 23 feb, they recieved it around 26. I wonder why they took money as debit and not as chek,? any inputs?

Adding Usmomo to CSC list (If it's VSC, correct me!) :) usjany sent package on 2/24 and USCIS just cashed yesterday and hasn't received NOA yet. Maybe you guys' package are on same pile and misplaced somewhere for a while or something? I don't know about debit part though...

So ok I finally broke down and CALLED last week. And according to Belinda (whom I spoke to) she can't see anything in the computer yet as far as our petition goes. So I need to wait 30 from the date of the NOA and call back if we still don't have the biometric letter....UGH :bonk:

Went with hubby for his biometrics today.....quick & easy. Now we wait... :clock:

01-04-09 - Married in Egyptian Embassy - Qatar - honeymoon in Egypt (Ahmed's home country)

05-04-09 - I-130 Sent

12-13-09 - INTERVIEW PASSED (Qatar)....Spent 12 weeks in AP

03-03-10 - VISA IN HAND :)

03-06-10 - AHMED COMES HOME :)

03-12-10 - SS# card received

03-19-10 - GC received

05-15-10 - First job

06-01-11 - Better job!

03-2012 - Started our business

Removal of Conditions/10 yr GC

02-15-12 - Sent I-175 ROC

07-17-12 - approved!....card production ordered!!!!

07-21-12 - 10 yr card arrived in mail :)

03-2013 - Apply for Naturalization
