As today USCIS Processing Time Information for our Vermont Service Center for I-751 it says August 22 2011 That means last month we move a WHOLE 21 days. way to go USCIS

Now the waiting starts, but I don't really have time to "sit and wait", as I am in the hunt for a new job while she just started her new job, so ya, no time to waste. Did I mentioned we just put in an offer to buy our second home, right after we put some 30+ recess lights in our current one?

Talk about none-stop...

Does anybody else receive this message when you look for your receipt number on the uscis website?

Does anybody else receive this message when you look for your receipt number on the uscis website?

You have to use the number from your biometrics letter instead of the NOA. Once we got the biometrics letter, I looked it up right away and our case was found.

AOS (from tourist w/overstay)

5/04/10 - interview appt - approved

7/31/12 - card production ordered

2/08/13 - NOA date

3/05/13 - biometrics appt

Barely made it into February filers but here I am. Today is 90 days before my GC expiration, so I sat down, assembled the package to USCIS and it's going in the mail tomorrow. Whew... it was so much easier to do than adjusting status (of course, I adjusted status 3 times before I married and became permanent resident, so I shouldn't complain)! It's nice to see that some of you are already done with biometrics, I hope it goes smooth and fast for all of us good.gif
