If you have two different mailing and home address like us they mailed to my home not where I get my mail. Pray for the surfacing of the letter.

I ONLY HAVE ONE MAILING ADDRESS AND 1 EMAIL ADDRESS. THEY SAID THEY EMAILED ME. NOW I AM SORRY BUT I JUST DON'T BELIEVE THEM. THEY SAID EVERYTHING IS GENERATED BY THERE COMPUTER SYSTEM. IF THAT'S THE CASE THEN IT'S TIME FOR A MAINTENANCE CHECK. I AM PRAYING. GOD IS GOOD.

I WILL GET THIS LETTER ON TIME ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. I CALLED MY STATE SENATOR AND WILL BE FAXING HIM MY INFORMATION SO THEY CAN CONTACT NVC.

Did you insist that they send it again by email? Do it, again and again if needed, until you receive it!

And go ahead and book the medical for some time before the 2 weeks deadline! Worst case scenario, you just reschedule it.

Tell them they need to resend again. This is ridiculous how these folks operate. I have seen other people complain about not receiving their letter!
