If I would have known it's better to optin after the AOS bill is invoiced for China EP folks, then I would have said something. But I honestly didn't know. Wonder if it's the same for all EP cases; to optin AFTER the first fee is invoiced...

It appears to be a China specific thing. Or GUZ anyway. In any event, I updated the wiki in question with a bold and italic note right at the top.

True, though in truth it was buried a bit. I did make a slight change to the wiki to make it more obvious that one should not attempt to OPTIN until that point.

Thanks for the edit. I need to revamp the whole thing, as there was some CSS problems after a site upgrade, my numbering schemes went to sh|te.

I swear I need to put in a 'circling' entry point, as well - cause there's 4 points in this path, for circling, prior to actual DO-ing.

grrr.
