For perspective, my I-130 package was 220+ pages and weighed like 4 pounds or so. I'm guessing on the weight though, it was a long time ago.

Mine is similar.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

No, it's printed on her checks. Just google "routing number" and look at the image results and it'll show you which number is her account number and which is the bank's routing number.

For our I-130 package, we just sent about 10 photos of us together and copies of my plane tickets to the US. I've seen people approved with less. It depends how "easy" your case is and what country you're from (whether it's high-fraud or not).

Wow, I thought everyone had to send more evidence than that with their I-130 just to get out of USCIS... :blink:

To be honest, I was expecting RFEs, thank GOD I din't. After sending my I-130 I found the VisaJourney, so I got worried, when I read that people had sent tons of proof. Fortunately, the Instructions didn't say to send additional info. I will now. I don't want them to make a decision before going to the interview. At least they will see our faces and think twice :blink: that's what I'm hoping.

No, I didn't send a thing with I-130 other than the marriage certificate. But I will now, at least a few photos and Affidavits (3) so they'll see our happy faces and how great we look with each other. :D

What is done,is done but just in case anyone new reads this. The instructions for the i-130 do say that additional documentation is required for evidence of bona fides marriage and they give examples.

Lately, it's been taking about 2-3 weeks from NOA2 to case number assigned. Check out the spreadsheet in my signature. You can look at all the recent NVC processing timelines.

I didn't send any "proof" either other than out marriage certificate =\ guess we got lucky cause so far I got no RFE's and I cross my fingers it stay that way :)

April 2007- Met while I was in sophomore year in high school by his house

December 16th 2010- engaged

May 28th 2011- married in Sāo Paulo<3 <3

July 13th- Sent I-130

July 15th- I-130 received

July 18th- received NOA1

August 1st - touched

Sept....Oct..Nov...Dec...Waiting -__-

January 24th- received NOA2 via email

January 27th- recieved NOA2 hardcopy

February 1st- NVC received

February 7th- got my case number

February 7th- got the IIN number

February 10th- payed AOS fee

February 14th- AOS PAID!

February 15th- payed IV fee

February 16th- IV PAID!

IV package will be sent today. We have all my document ( beneficiary) ready except the IV fee bill that is showed in progress. I talked to NVC they say the payment will show " Paid" either friday or monday of the next week. We want to save a few days. Isn t it a good idea proceeding so people?
