People i am a bit confused. Our joint sponsor will be my aunt. Will she have to submit I-864 or I-864EZ or i-864W? which one guys?

ok Ryan thank you. I sent it to her last week.I am waiting for her to get her tax transcript ( IRS : 2009,2010,2011 ) at her local office, and to get a employment letter. Will she have to submit pay stubs as well just like the Sponsor ( my wife )

Keep in mind, pay stubs and employment letter(s) are optional. The only things REQUIRED are the I-864 and tax information. And in the case of a joint sponsor, proof of their US citizenship/residency (ex: US birth certificate, US passport, green card, naturalization certificate)

The proof of Residency/citizenship is made through the form or she will need to submit the biographic data of her US passport?

To prove US citizenship/residency, she has to provide a copy of ONE of the following: US birth certificate, bio-data page of US passport, US naturalization certificate, back and front of green card, etc. The copy has to be included with the AOS package.

You can find this yourself on page 6 of the I-864 instructions. You can also see this as question 19, part 4 on the form itself.

As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.
