Hey people i got to the payment portal can i pay both fee?

You can only pay what's been invoiced.

Since you just sent the DS-3032 today, it hasn't been accepted yet, then the IV fee won't be invoiced yet.

It's amazing the number of people who think I can just move to the US as hubby is a USC.

What's amazing is whomever I meet think that because I married a US citizen means that I'm automatically a US citizen as well and that I could have moved here whenever I wanted (no visa needed). I laugh whenever someone says this and explain that it took me nine months to get here, and we spent all that time apart. And that's the part when their jaw drops in amazement.

Seriously...I study in the US with a bunch of Canadians, all on visas, of course, and around December one of them said to me, "oh, your husband isn't here? I thought he could just move here as soon as you get married." I was thinking, "DUDE! You are on a VISA! How do you not know that a noncitizen can't just pop over to the US and set up house?!?" Mind-boggling. I hope that wasn't his plan with his American girlfriend... (think I've mentioned this comment before, so sorry for the redundancy! It still has me shocked.)

Not necessarily. We got the PDF version too, but since we were doing EP, we weren't supposed to fill out the DS-3032 at all (we had to do a different form). So it could be a false alarm.

No, do not fill it out. You've already submitted the DS-3032 by email.

Wow, I understand from regular Americans and Canadians, but those on visas should be more aware, lol.

As for the DS-3032, NVC sends this to EVERYONE, whether doing EP or have sent the DS-3032 by email. It's just standard.

Right, that's what I was trying to suggest.

I believe it has to be an American bank account.

I've been pretty lax about tracking my package to Montreal, mostly because it's harder to catch DOS while they're open. I just tried calling, and I was 4 minutes past the time the office closed...stupid Eastern Standard Time.

Yeah, DOS isn't open as late as NVC unfortunately.

It's waaaaaaaaaaaay past 'seems'.

Sorry, must use a US Bank Account, no credit card at all.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

A common misbelief that I have witnessed in almost all of my husband's family and friends, is that if you're married to the USC, then you're automatically granted a greencard. I explained multiple times that no, you're just granted the right to apply for a visa (I skip the USCIS stage, it's already complicated enough) with no guarantee you'll eventually get it. Usually they look at us like  and they say "but visas are not for unmarried people who just want to come live here?"... Eeer no, people who just want to live here, well they can't, unless they find an employer who could sponsor them or win the visa lottery.  "you mean that not everyone is allowed to come??". Hell no.

No, it's printed on her checks. Just google "routing number" and look at the image results and it'll show you which number is her account number and which is the bank's routing number.
