Hi VJ's, have you had your EAD card production how long for delivery?

From the time I checked it the date was Jan. 27 and when I check again today

the date changed to Jan. 31 is there any one that has the same thing happened

or is this mean that the card has been mailed today? Thanks guys for any comments.

Hi acuratlsd , first when you come to USA 2 weeks after your arrival- so that your K1 visa will be

posted in SSN office - then you have to go and get your SSN, then after you got married you will

change your SSN name in your married name pls. see to it that your I-94 is not yet expired when

you change your married name there.

The EAD is an Employment Authorization in order to work legally in the USA. Then in my situation

I applied both one at a time the AOS & EAD. But EAD was released 69 days after filing. and AOS

hmmm that's the one I am waiting might take 6 months and I will have my Green Card, then that's for 2.5

years then prior to expiration of Green Card you will file now the permanent residency for 10 years. Good Luck on your Visa journey.

Hi inyong, Good Luck again on your search for work! The above information was really Good but it is my understanding after AOS you get a Conditional Green card for "2" years. Along with the AOS filing you now Automatically get EAD like you said after filing along with Advance Parole? Also I belive you file the I-751 removal of Conditions 90 days before Green card expire. its at that point you get "10" year green card for that time but you now Permanent resident "even" if Card Expire After 10 years. I dont know exactly if card expire after 10 years can you just file and get another one, and still retain Permanent resident Status????
