Say maybe 8 Years ago or so I obtained an Affadavit of Eligibility for Marriage from the US Embassy in Manila, the relationship fell through shortly after I obtained the affidavit. I recall going into the Embassy and answering some question about my former girlfriend and I beleived it was recorded. How and or will it affect my K1 Visa Application? Particularly pertaining to question {11. Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiance(e) or husband/wife before?} Should I mark it Yes/No?

this is in relevance to question 11 of I-129F
