Hi guys,

We just got approved not long time ago and we are now gathering documents for the upcoming visa interview. I need your help to make sure we have all we need:

For visa interview:

  1. I-134 form
  2. Bank statement
  3. Letter of employment
  4. most recent tax return transcript
  5. pay slips of last three months
  6. Beneficiary's birth certificate
  7. medical exam results
  8. police certificates( from home country and abroad)
  9. valid passport
  10. 2 color photos
  11. the orignal letter of NOA2
  12. Letter from the priest who will marry us
  13. photos and proofs of evidence of relathionship

For co-sponsor:

  1. proof of US citizenship-copy of passport or birth certificate
  2. I-134 form signed and dated (2 copies)
  3. bank statement
  4. pay slips( last three months)
  5. letter of employment

Is that all the documents required? Do we need anything else for the co-sponsor?

I would be very grateful if you can help us out to make sure we have all we got. Thanks so much!

Certified copies of birth certificate, get extras as they will come in handy one day down the road when you are in the States.

Have you read this?

Looks like you got it nailed. Check the website for the consulate/embassy where your fiancee/fiance will be interviewed for any additional stuff, and look at the regional forum here on VisaJourney to see what the experiences of others were.

Good luck.

Thank you. I hope we don't miss anything. This red tape game is freaking hard. Good luck to you too with everything.

Hi there, just wondering how you went with this! I'm waiting for my NOA2 and I think I will need a co-sponsor for the I-134. Did it all work out fine?
