I have a few questions that i need your help with:

1. In DS230 Part II - Question Number 44 - Do we say that the husband helped out? Because anyways i'll be filing for her as my wife is in india and she will email ds3032 making me the agent.

2. If the parent's current address is the same as wife's , can we write SAME AS ITEM #13 for wife's dad and mom's current address or do i have to put the whole address in for both of them?

3. If no middle name, then leave it blank? or say N/A?

1. I wrote that I helped my wife, as it was true. It's better to be 100% accurate and it won't matter if you help or not.

2. I would suggest writing the full address. The address for the spouse specifically says only write if different, so it's ok to write "Same as #13" It doesn't say that for the parents, so write it out. It would be a shame to get a checklist for not writing it.

3. I put "---" for middle name, so it was completely clear that there wasn't one.

Yes agree 100% with Clark-Kent and your questions are pretty straight forward compared to rest of the questions in the form :1)

1. If you would fill it up, why would you not put your name? There is nOthing positive or negative in there. I put my name in there as well.

2. Avoid ambiguity at any cost. Write down the full address and it's perfectly okay if parents address is same as hers.

3. I also put a dash for myself as I don have a middle name.

Looks like you are in good position as none of these can raise problems and the answers are pretty simple. Good luck and best wishes for you both.

Don't put N/A because it's definitely applicable even if you don't know the answer.

Write "unknown" and include a short explanation on a supplemental sheet.

All of these should have N/A if they don't apply to you. Never leave any questions blank.
