We are involved in a k3 visa aplication....we went for an interview in september last year(2011) and have bn asked to come june this year(2012) wanted to know whether we wl b required to take another medicals and how long does it tk for medicals to expire

The answer would be Consulate specific, so I suggest you email the Consulate directly for your answer. Was this really a K3 process or was it really CR1? If you submitted any documents to the National Visa Center and paid fees to them as well, it is a CR1 or IR1 process, not K3.

Then email the Consulate directly. In the future, you'll want to post your question in the CR1/IR1 visa forum, not the K3.
