Hi All,

My biometrics appointment is on October 4 and I am taking following documents with me.

1. My Indian passport(s)

2. My Virginia Drivers License

3. Biometrics appointment letter (It is the same letter for I765 and I485)

4. NOAs for I130, I 765 and I485

5. Photocopy of the entire petition (i.e I130, I485 and I 765)

Is there any thing I am missing?

01/25/2001 - Andy Enters US for Job on H1 visa

12/25/2004 Wedding Day

09/05/2006 Mailed I130, I485 & I765 to Chicago via Fedex

09/06/2006 Documents received by USCIS signed by J. CHYBA

09/13/2006 NOA's for I130,I485 and I 765

09/15/2006 Checks for all (130,485, bio metrics, 765) cashed

09/16/2006 Recieved NOAs in mail

09/18/2006 Touched I130, I 485, I765

09/18/2006 Biometrics notice posted from post-mark

09/21/2006 Biometrics letter received

09/23/2006 I765 and I130 touched

10/04/2006 Biometrics appointment at 9 AM

5. Photocopy of the entire petition (i.e I130, I485 and I 765)

Is there any thing I am missing?

I think you will be fine. They only ask for an appointment letter and some kind of id (passport or driving license). I am not sure about the copy of the petition.

My biometrics appointment is on October 5, let me know how your goes.

I-485 AOS Timeline:

September 14, 2006- AOS package filed

September 20, 2006 - NOA1 for both AOS & EAD

September 27, 2006 - Biometrics appt letter recieved

October 5, 2006- Biometrics taken

October 10, 2006 - both I485 & EAD touched

November 1, 2006 - I485 touched

November 21, 2006 - still waiting ......

December 7,8,9 - touched

December 11, 2006- approval notice via email

December 15, 2006 - EAD arrives in mail with the wrong dates (03/21/07-03/20/08)

December 18, 2006 -InfoPass re: wrong dates (fixing the card will take another 90 days...)

January 13, 15, 2007-both I485, EAD touched

February 25, 2007 - Initial interview letter recieved in mail

April 18, 2007-Interview!

May 7, 2007- Approval notice sent

May 11, 2007-Permanent Residency Card arrived in mail

February 2, 2009- I -751 filed

February 6, 2009- NOA received

April 8, 2009- I 751 approved!

June 20, 2009- GC received

You only need to bring with you what they ask you to bring on the appointment letter, which is the letter itself and your ID (passport usually). You can bring your NOA's, don't think that matters at all though, and a copy of the petition is definitely not needed.
