I have three questions:

1. Do i need to include our marriage certificate in the i485 or i130?

2. Do i need to include my spouses (usc) passport in the 485 or just the visa?

3. Do i need to include my actual I94 or just the arrival/departure record?

1. Yes a copy of certified certificate.

2. USC needs visa for what? He/she will submit a copy of birth certificate or passport biographical page, it is to establish the citizenship.

3. You will submit copies of front and back of I-94 with your I-485. I485 is about you.

You don't need USC's passport but you do need proof of the US citizen being a US citizen, so either passport or birth certificate(copies of). If you provide passport as proof of being a USC, then you need copies of the entire unexpired passport, front to back. At this stage, only provide (colour) copies of what you submit unless they specifically ask for the original document. I'm guessing it's less of a hassle to submit the birth cert. as proof(front and back).

The instructions for the i-130 say a copy of marriage cert. is what you need. The i-485 says a copy of marriage cert. is good too. I'd however run to the county clerk's office and pay a few dollars to have a certified copy made.

It depends on what documents. Any pictures, proof of being USC I wouldn't think twice about submitting in colour to stay as true to the original as possible.
