hello.

i made stupid facebook joke on my friend. we were all very very drunk. i took his iphone and wrote stuff in his facebook.

i got into a group in facebook that called "america" and wrote stupid stuff. in his name.

i woke up without even relize the acts..

I'M really afriad he might be rejected to get visa or something like that, because of me drunk.

does my concern are true? he might be visa rejected because of facebook stuff?

is there a way to explain someone about this?? so he won't get to trouble???

Well i have read a few stories, one just yesterday in the national news paper about a guy who was going to america on vacation he tweeted he was going to " get wasted and dig up marilyn monroe" A few weeks before he went to america he was arrested of the plane put in jail for a few days then sent home. I also read on here about somebody trying to adjust status and because the voiced their opinion about something on a youtube video they had the FBI call to their house which i think may have complicated his adjustment of status. Oh and the famous footballer rio ferdinand who plays for manchester united tweeted pictures of inside the whitehouse when they where touring there and within seconds they had been removed from his account without him even knowing.

Its not a wise thing to do about a country you wish to live in you have to respect it as you would your own country, i do not wish to scare you but hopefully you can correct your mistakes.

I have heard people here that were denied a visa during their interview process like saying they were married when there were not LOL and the CO's used face book against them. So I would be careful as to what I say and do on any website in chat rooms.

Anyway, I think it would depend on what you wrote. But if it would sound like a threat to US officials then it might be problem. I hope that you already removed it by now.

Probably mention it to your friend, apologize and have them delete it? I read the links provided by others in your topic.

A sidenote; if it wouldn't be fun for you to wake up to something written in your name by someone else, it probably wouldn't be for your friend either, regardless of your state of mind.
