Hola,

me gustaria saber si hay alguien asi como yo que ha aplicado visado de esposa (o) y tendra la entrevista en Madrid. Me gustaria cambiar informaciones sobre la entrevista, Hoteles cerca de le embajada, las vacunas, la clinica donde hay que hacer los examenes.

Yo soy Brasileña, pero vivo ha 4 años en españa (Mi madre es casada con un Mallorquin).

Mi marido(USC) y yo hemos aplicado para el visado K-3 en Agosto de 2011 y en el dia 27 de enero de 2012 hemos recibido el email del USCIS con la aprobacíon de nuestra solicitud NOA2 (I130 y I129F).

Vamos dejar aki informaciones y los procedimentos en la embajada de Madrid, así podemos nos ayudar y auydar aquellos que vengan a necesitar mas adelante.

Hello,

I wonder if has someone who applied to spouse visa (k-3) and will have the interview in Madrid.

I would like to exchange information about the interview, Hotels near Embassy, vaccines, the clinic where have to do exams.

I am Brazilian but I live in Spain has 4 years (My mother is married to a Mallorquin).

My husband (USC) and I have applied for the K-3 visa in August 2011 and on January 27, 2012 we received the email from USCIS with the approval of our request NOA2 (I130 and I129F).

We may leave here information and Procedures at the embassy in Madrid, and we can help and assist those who need will need it later.

08/12/2011 - Mailed I-129F

08/16/2011 - Received NOA1

01/27/2012 - Received NOA2 I-130 & I-129F

NVC:

01/31/2012 - K-3 changed for IR-1

01/31/2012 - Received NVC case number (MDD)

02/01/2012 - Received IIN (invoice identification number)

02/02/2012 - Received AOS and IV fee bill

02/03/2012 - AOS and IV PAID

02/10/2012 - Mailed IV Package to my husband in US

02/14/2012 - IV package arrive to my husband in US

02/15/2012 - My husband mailed AOS and IV Package to the attorney

02/17/2012 - Attorney get the package

02/21/2012 - Attorney sent the package to NVC

02/24/2012 - RFE: NVC send back a checklist about information missing or incomplete :(

02/27/2012 - Sent the missing information to NVC

03/07/2012 - CASE COMPLETED!!! Yayy finally ;)

04/24/2012 - INTERVIEW!!!!

APPROVED!!!!!!
