I am hoping someone had a similar experience and can help me.

So i am still waiting for the decision on my ROC... :whistle:

My CA driver's license expired and I went to the DMV to renew it and gave them the NOA1 (letter extending my expired conditional GC), I received a letter yesterday in the mail stating that CA DMV is unable to complete my application due to:

The Department of Homeland Security - Bureau of Immigrations and customs Enforcement is unable to validate the documentation presented with your application.

What does this means?? Im a little scared.

I just read the above link and wasn't able to find much help there related to this case.

There was another thread a page or two back with the same question.

1. Did you only try one DMV or was this some sort of application through the mail or something?

2. The other option is to make an INFOPASS appointment and get them to stamp your passport. On the other thread it said that with the stamp, they were successful when the DMV wouldn't accept the NOA1

October 31, 2017 --Biometrics Appointment -ATL

April 5, 2012 --Sent I-751 to Vermont Service Center

May 21, 2012 --Biometric Appointment at ATL office

December 12, 2012 --10 year Green Card in hand

DCF Process

October 10, 2009 --Married in São Paulo

January 14, 2010 --Filed I-130 at São Paulo Consulate for DCF

May 17, 2010 --VISA IN HAND!

June 24, 2010 --POE in Atlanta
