Hello everybody!

Thanks,

Diana W.

You will not be able to file via DCF for two reasons:

1. there is not a USCIS field office in Colombia

2. your husband must reside in the foreign filing country at the time of the I-130 DCF filing. He resides in the US currently.

You'll file to the Chicago lockbox.

Please use English only in the upper forums such as this one. If you'd like to post in Spanish, you can do so in the Regional Forums.

EDIT: Also, are you married? Above, you refer to the USC as your "novio." CR-1 visas are for spouses. If you are his fiancee, you will be going through the K-1 process, beginning with filing the I-129F.
