I'm not mad at you, lol...

We do have a right for appeal for the 212a2aii, but we are not sure for the 212 a2c (which there is no waiver for) this is a lifetime bar, this really caught us off guard. Now what I'm going to do is write to the Embassy so that they can review this charge (don't even know how we is going to write this)but we are sure going to try, this was a charge of over 20 years ago that we did not even know he had, they say that he was trafficking drugs, well his stupidity was that back then he did a supposed favor for his supposed friend and my husband did not even know that he was being set up for this, so he picked up 2.8 gram of marijuana (which he didn't even know what it was) and gave it to his supposed friend and there was an officer waiting right there for him... go figure!!! so YES we do need a lawyer for this one, and hope that we can overturn this charge.

They charged him for trafficking for less than 3 g of marijuana? Did he receive money to bring it to the friend?

Yes get a lawyer and discuss the options with him/her.

Yes only 2.8.... Being that he was young and naive unfortunately his supposed friend said for my husband to put in the money and that he (the friend) will pay my husband back, so yea he did receive money to bring it to the friend, it's just crazy... I'm telling y'all my husband has been living this nightmare for over 20 years now, I'm literally thinking about writing a book of our lives, see we lived together back then for 3 years and I went through that era with him, it was devastating, I took him to the airport back then and it seemed like if my heart ripped apart leaving my soul mate, our lives went separate ways, 18 years later he finds me in Facebook, 2 years ago and we marry and now again we have to go through this. Hey back then it was only a 10 year ban, which is completed and now this....

In Phoenix but most of my husband's relatives are in cali...I'm 23 last month hehe... i believe its 2go who will deliver our visa...they told me I can use the case number or passport number to track it...but most of the applicant's tried but it's invalid but delivered it to them after 3-4days.

Any news?

I just briefly talked to her because it was middle of the night here. They did not give the visa. Told her they wanted to see email printouts and yahoo messenger chat printouts. I had told her to print as many emails as she could and take with her. I hope this isn't a first red flag because she didn't listen to me...

Anyway, from what I understand they told her to come back tomorrow with that stuff and drop it in a box. That's all I know right now.

Sounds like they are gonna approve the visa after she brings back the emails
