Am I eligible to file DCF from outside of country?

Hello everybody!

My fiancee (Colombianita) and I are finally trying to figure out the best way to get her to the U.S.

In 2011 I lived with her for 11 months, taking out 2 separate trips of 2 weeks each to the U.S. - one to get my Colombian work visa, and one to go home for Thanksgiving and eat with my family

Now I'm back in the States (unfortunately) as I received a good job offer. I'd like to get her here ASAP, and I'm wondering if I can qualify to do a DCF? I've searched around a bit but haven't found a definite yes or no answer. Should I reach out to the consulate in Colombia or what should I do?

Can someone maybe recommend some other good options? K-3? K-1?

Colombia doesn't have DCF, as there is no USCIS office there. But there is some evidence that petitions from USCs who used to be elligible for DCF are being fast tracked through Chicago Lockbox. You are not elligible as you are now resident in the USA, as evidenced by your job.

Penguin is right, DCF is only if you "currently" reside in that foreign country for 6+ months.
