Visa sent yet???

my wife was approved on Jan. 17th, I guess due to the new year everything was close for a week.

just wanted to know if anyone in Ho Chi Minh that pass the visa interview Jan.17 - Jan. 20

got there VISA yet??? my wife lives 4hrs south of HCM.

She paid EMS the shipping cost of 170,000 DONG.

I had a 10 page timeline of our relationship, letters from my work, letters of both my parents.

Credit Card bill showing I paid for my own trip.

He was very polite and read all 10 pages of my timeline

and all the CO asked was how we met.

The wait was about a total of 3Hrs, and spoke to my wife for about 5mins.

My wife got visa approval on January 11. Visa has just sent out today. it is on the way to her home now. hopefully , she will get it in few hours later. You can track your visa courier by visit EMS.COM.VN and enter your tracking number it start with 2 letters likes EF or EG & 9 digit numbers following VN.

I also am on the same boat as you, but i'm waiting for a us passport for my daughter. Pass the interview 10th of jan. Call us consulate yesterday said passport was there since the 20th of Jan. Did'nt send it to ems because of tet. Called again today, consulate said it's not there. so called ems. They said call tomorrow they should pick it up later tonight for consulate. So hoping it will be there tomorrow. Ems said they deliver in 3 days. My question is I tried tracking my package thur thier site but it dosen't work , use the number on the ems reciept. Could it be because i'm in Hue VN and its blocking certin sites in the net?

i you enter the EMS receipt and the circle arrow keep turn around and stop for nothing that mean EMS has not received your visa yet. If your visa has received by EMS, the progress will show on the drop down table after the circle arrow stop. It will shown the time when EMS received your package, the time when it left at EMS service, and the time when there is the receiving.
