what do u mean sir

You have a place on your profile, it says timeline. You need to fill in when the petition was filed and what you have received so far. If you go on the link I gave you, you can edit your information and complete all that you have done so far. You can also see approximate times of the stages of your process, and other peoples' timelines, so you can have an idea of how long each stage takes.

I am a Ma'am, not a sir :)

I do not understand your question.

Are you married to a United States Citizen?

Did you send your paperwork to a lawyer to file for you?

Are you wondering how long this whole process takes? There are alot of steps and alot of waiting.

USCIS step can take 5 months or 9 months

some people get lucky and get it in a month!!!

The next step is NVC and that may take 6-8 weeks to get all the papers they require and pay the fees

the next step is getting an interview

Start looking around this website and search CR1 (I-130) and see what steps need to be taken. Click GUIDES at the top of the page and search for K3 or CR1.

I am not sure which one you will apply for.

Also, I think everyone who has a lawyer takes longer at the NVC step.

Good Luck

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

hey Moz -

since you are doing all with yer lawyer

you really should talk with your lawyer for status.

You've been a member here for a bit - I'm surprised that you not study at http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

as for 'helping' - sorry, it's on your lawyer to help you, nowish.

Later, after an approval at USCIS, come back - we can give you more inputs.

if you have an interest in time lines for Morocco - Please click the flag under yer name, then study the left panel

ah

ok so you already sent I-864 and

DS-230?

and paidboth fees?

So now you wait for NVC case complete-call them everyday. Or if you get an RFE you will add a few weeks onto case complete. But you need to call NVC and ask is my case complete? Or call the automated system and listen. It will be a couple days behind but it will tell you case completed. and it will tell you when the case has been forwarded to the embassy

Then you have to wait till Morocco shedules the interview....some people are waiting about 4-5 months for interviews there lately. I hope they speed up for you soon.

Good Luck
