So excited. My mother received our interview letter stating what are next steps are in the process and how we need to choose an appointment. I am in Mexico w/ my fiancé so I do not have the letter in my hand. I still need to start working on the 'package 3' with all the requirements for the interview.

Does anyone know if I need to have copies of all the forms sent in for the I-129F?

Congratulations!

No, you do not need to have the copies of the forms you sent for the I-129F. Basically, your fiance should have the supporting documents such as proof of your relationship and all the required documents for your fiance's interview.

The interviewer will have those forms you sent.

Good Luck. :)

CONGRATS! I know you must be very excited. But I have a question for you. When you say interview letter are you referring to packet 3 or did you already pay the fee and then got a letter giving you options for your interview? I'm just wondering because I'll be going through this process soon. Thanks!

Thank you. Well we are working with a lawyer however she isn't doing what she is suppose to be doing, I have been telling her the steps next, then I am filling out the forms she is useless. She did not pay the extra 350 yet for interview nor did we but we just got a simple letter saying please go to: www.... and www.... to fill out these forms and set your appointment. But in order to set your appointment you must pay the 350. I am gathering all the information needed prior to setting an appointment because my mother in the states will be sending in the mail the money form. So we must make sure to have that in our hands.
