how many time it takes for the USCIS to send petition to the NVC

Hi i just wanted to know how many time it takes for the USCIS to send the petition to the NVC since it says that mine it was approved on JAnuary 9 2012 but according to NVC they havent received any info about my case... what should i do... please help me... thx a lot

2/4weeks or less, It will take the embassy time to enter into their system and make a notification. You should hear soon, see the time lines associated with your particular case.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

It is taking about 1 month right now to get a case number.

Just keep calling the operator everyday and ask if you have a case number yet

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

I agree with this post. The NVC will know the Case # before it ever goes to the Embassy. Call NVC during business hours everyday. It should be issued any day now.
