Two new questions arouse.

1. Are there any requirements on how to send the photos and the check? I'm putting them in separate small envelopes. Is it ok?

2. On the I-864 form there's FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN INFORMATION. And there is:

- I have filed Federal tax return for each of the three most recent tax years. I have attached the required photocopy or transcript of my Federal tax return for only the most recent tax year.

- (Optional) I have attached photocopies or transcripts of my Federal tax returns for my second and third most recent tax years.

Here's the problem. All she has was IRS Tax Form 1098-T, which is the Tuition statement for 2011 and the W-2 wage and tax statement for 2010. And she is a student. She had part time job and didn't make more than 3000 dollars. Currently we haven't checked any of the options. She just filled the Tax Year and Total Income thing. That's it. Should we check any or leave it as it is?
