hi,

one last question before i send the package tomorrow

im still deciding to include a photo copy of both me and my wife's driver license with the same address together with our credit card that we added each other as authurise user with the same credit number on both card.

the worry about if the photo copy ended up in the wrong hand, with the photo copy of both credit card and driver license can do huge damage to us both.

what do you guys think?

For the credit card photocopy, cross out all but the last 4 digits, to show it's the same account, but minimize the risk. As for your driver's license, isn't all the information on them stuff that is already on your forms and other supporting materials anyway?

If USCIS really wanted to, they could ruin all our lives with the sensitive information they're handed every day. Do what makes you comfortable but we sent in all AOS documents without blocking out any account numbers and haven't had any incidences so far. We did the same for ROC.

09/21/08- Phil arrives in US

08/15/09- Wedding

10/16/09- Mailed out AOS package

01/14/10- Interview completed - Approved!

01/23/10- Conditional Green Card received!

10/17/11- Mailed ROC package

10/19/11- Package arrives at VSC

We sent only our marriage certificate and license in AOS package. We are also living with his sister family and they are our co-sponsor. We had joint account but we didn't summit any copy of our bank information with AOS package not even our wedding photos. We just brought them to our interview. And I have neither driver license nor state ID as I have been here for only 3 months+. We just only filed all necessary documents nicely for AOS. But, your case and mine might be a bit different as I came over here with K1 visa. So, all other evidence of relationship are in their hands with my K1 package. I didn't do medical again for AOS cuz my K1 medical was within a year. Our interview was so simple and fast. I just wanna suggest you to send your wedding photos in the package even they don't ask for. You can check my timeline. No worry, you will get it! All the best!
