Hello everyone. I Called NVC and I asked for my Case Number and I spoke to a gentlemen and said that it would take another 20 days for them to receive my Package and they should have my Case Number Available by then. Since, we don't have the MNL# yet? Do we need to wait for the appointment letter to start on my fiancee's medical appointment? Right now she's working on getting her Cenomar and NBI Clearance. Don't know if she can start her Medical Appointment right away? Any suggestion please and advice will be greatly appreciated.

1) NOA2 hard Copy sent. Approved on 1/23/12

2) Called NVC and still waiting on the Case Number.

3) Can she start on her Medical??? What's next???

NO! you have to wait for the right time of her medical schedule. the NVC will assign that appointment to her once your case is complete.

1) NOA2 hard Copy sent. Approved on 1/23/12 Congratulations!!!

2) Called NVC and still waiting on the Case Number. Some petitioners get there MNL# in a few days Some wait and wait and wait for 30 or more days :ranting: . Average is 5 -14 days after receiving the NOA2 letter.

3) Can she start on her Medical??? What's next??? No. You need the MNL# in order to get her Medical at St. luke's Extension Clinic.

You can follow my walk-through if you want. It's only suggestions and from me and wife's experience.

As was suggested keep calling once a week or every few days. Once you get your MNL # is when you can start to do things (you do not need to wait for the letter from the embassy). Check out the GUIDES at the top of the page for more info.

Basically once you have your MNL# you can go to BPI and pay your visa fee $350 (bring passport), then wait a day and go online at the embassy website to schedule an appointment for your interview. Once you get your interview scheduled print that page, then go to St. Luke's website and pre-register for the physical this will save time when you go to do the physical. Next your CFO and the interview. Hopefully you have been preparing paperwork and gather all the documents needed for the visa application/interview. This is just highlights, check the guide for better detail.

With the K-1 the embassy in Manila doesn't assign an appointment date either, you need to call or go online and request an appointment.
