See my timeline Paula. How is it possible?

Your time-line indicates a NOA2 and not sent to Manila yet. Not received at NVC also.

Let it go to Manila and don't stop the process. After the MNL # was issued I sent Mav the Visa Fee to pay at BPI and is good for 1 year.

The requirement for a extension is are you free to marry and plan to marry within 90 days. The consulate does not guarantee a approval but they do get approved. The trick is after you get your MNL# go pay the Visa Fee at BPI.

The Medical is good for 6 Months. I did this personally over the phone and asked the details. My reasons for delay are employment.

Shed some light on me. I appears you are not extending a Visa but the Petition.

This was 5 years ago, and things change, but I once had to extend to a total of 6 weeks. On my 20th day I went to the Bureau of Immigration in Itramuros. I arrived about mid day and was told I neeed to be their earlier in the day, as it is a full day process (submit form in the morning, get called to a counter in the afternoon for processing). I told the guard at the door that it would be inconvenient for me to come back. The fee at the time was 500 pesos. The guard offered to "expedite" the process for me for an additional 1,000 pesos. I went to the Starbucks across the street for an hour, came back, the guard disappeared for 5 minutes and came back with all the documents. I paid him the 1,500 and was done. The most uncomfortable part was giving him my passport for an hour and hoping the "expedite" wouldn't put me in a bad situation. But it appeared it did not. Easy peasy.

I have seen how guards work in the Phils. Crooks. But, you go along to stay out of trouble.

Leaving Manila at the Airport there was over 100 people in line. The guard seen me approach. He said: 100 Pesos and I'll get you right in. I said: Is this a trick? I looked at all those people and they knew what was going on. I said to myself: I don't need this trouble. So I pulled out $3.00 UDS and he said I want Pesos. I said, take it leave it and I'll go to the end of the line.

The Guard flagged the other Guard to let me pass. I'm sure they split the money later and do this all the time.
