The risk of contamination is to other surfaces of your kitchen, not other surfaces of the meat. wacko.gif Maybe you should do a little research before getting defensive and trying to throw around insults.

I'm sorry, in the future I'll try emulate you and be more offensive. Wiping down all surfaces with strong disinfectants when dealing with raw meat especially chicken is only common sense. Use a strong bleach solution and clean up after yourself.
