He did. I feel like my husband is just asking for an answer instead of asking for an expedite request again which will give us a referal. Urgh i wish i could call. He belives too much on what givernment workers says since he works for them urgh

But why can't you call? Just cause you are abroad doesn't mean you can't call...

Oh wow, then they have screwed up talking to me! I get so frustrated when my husband has called them, he forgets to ask stuff so I've been calling myself. Haven't had any issues getting peope to answere my questions... Maybe I've just been getting lucky

Verbiage is important.

Have him ask, specifically:

What is the status of my expedite request?

if he is calling the USCIS customer service line, he is likely speaking with contracted call center workers who can be rather flaky (at least at the tier 1 level) and seem to be working on a computer that looks like this:

which gives them only slightly more information than is available on the USCIS website.

for the health of his daughter and the sanity of his wife, tell him to be slightly more specific about what he is asking. give him a script. the call center people have one!

Had an idea. Im going to call my husband and have my husband call uscis so we can conference call that way he is on the line and i can say what i want and be more pushy. I saw today that our case was only touched once the first day he called about the expdite. Im not going tobe here pulling my hair out so todsy i am all action even though i have been in the hospitalwith the baby this am.
