I think having the questions here from real (the now) scenarios will help the group. When their interviews come about they could be faced with similar issues.

Mr. Blue did a great job with addressing the questions. Zeezee has been on VJ for 5 months now and is probably still confused with how to post questions (new thread). We should use the members who recently had their interviews to our advantages by asking questions about interviews & learn any new trends.

It could be that the 2011 information isnt available and wouldn't go into effect until after the filing deadline. Currently the 2010 info on needed to satisfy the requirements.

What was the limit of income to sponser spouse if there is no other dependent on the petitioner ?? If i'm not wrong i think i was nearly 20 grand. Am i right ??

Another question. I submitted all my documents back in 2010. I think im gonna need a fresh police clearence certificate right ? and what about passport clearence certificate ? Do i need both of them new ? or anything else ?

Police clearance in most countries are valid 6-12 months. Since you did yours back in 2010 it's without a doubt a new one would be requested at the time of your interview. You should get a new one when it is close to your interview.

In your country, India from what i Know there is no such thing as a passport Clearance Certification. You are probably confusing the office and it's services. The Passport Office in India Issues the Police Clearance Certificate unlike many other countries the patrons would get this from their local police dept. where they have lived if there are more than once providence etc.

In India every applicant whether beneficiary or derivative one, everyone needs these two clearance:

1. Local police certificate

2. Clearance from passport issuing authority.

It means the premise of the previous condition stand the same, otherwise stated like the previous bulletin. So it still stand at 1-2 mos movement.
