dont pay ds-230 form and the AOS & wait ur PD??? that mean ur case not complete .

My father paid the ds230 worth $404 and the aos. Last 2010 and a while ago i called the nvc and she says that they have'nt recieve it.

I think you did not yet comply with the required documents though you already paid the fees OR maybe, the documents didn't reach the nvc office for reasons I am not sure of. If I'm not mistaken, you have 1year to submit everything from the time you paid. You said you paid everything back in 2010 hence, the case seemed to be "expired". Anyway, just ask your dad to submit the ds230 with the civil documents and AOS the soonest possible. It will take 3 weeks to make your case complete by NVc then the interview schedule shall follow. Good luck! Don't forget to follow it up from time to time upon submitting the documents.

3weeks to complete the case then another 4-8weeks to schedule the interview I THINK.

How come it was not submitted yet? Man...I'm not sure if you all have docs ready such as police clearance, etc. Why did you wait till now? Didn't you follow up with the NVC afterwards regarding your application status? Hurry up now..This is the time you were waiting for and the time has come now but you are not ready..

We paid the IV fee and the AOS. But as checked on the internet, it says expired :| I'm soo sad. Nvc operator asked me if i want to continue my case ' i said yes and the operator told me that she will mail me those documents needed 3-5 days. (

Yes. If my father submitted those document needed, as soon as possible, will nvc give me an interview appointment? My pd is current next visa bulletin. I'm worried.
