I called nvc and the operator says that they did not yet recieved the ds230 and aos. But my father send that all last 2010. I don't know whats happening. ((

why expired ??? we all pay in the same date ?? i mean any one his PD on SEP with u didnt expired his payed

Though the fee may show expired it is still valid and there is no need to pay again. The NVC will not request this,.

Well.. the operator asked a valid and necessary question. If the NVC has not heard from the participants in the case for a while then asking if they would like to continue is good. Also, if the case is not complete and documents are missing then it sounded like a "RFE" will be generated so the applicant/petitioner knows what is necessary to continue with the case.

Mr. Michael will not be required to pay another fee, if he paid the 2 fees required by the NVC
